Myanmar AGM Dinner
Yangon, April 28, 2018
The Bailliage's first Annual General Meeting

The Bailliage hosted its first Annual General Meeting and dinner at L’Opera, the premier Italian restaurant in Yangon. “Bella Italia” was the theme of this celebratory event.

We had purposely chosen an idyllically situated setting. L’Opera occupies an old colonial building in the midst of manicured gardens on the romantic and enchanting Inya Lake. The location lent a most beautiful atmosphere to the evening as a delightful breeze revived guests after the heat of the day. After the meeting ended assorted canapés accompanied by sparkling wine were served before dinner.

The menu was created by Yangon’s only female top chef Cristiana Zera who uses the freshest local ingredients, meat products and extra virgin olive oil from Italy as well as quality imported wines.

Aged Negronis, Illy coffee & pralines rounded up the evening which we enjoyed in the Garden Bar.

It was a gastronomic feast indeed! Great cuisine was complemented by well thought out table settings and decorations.

The excellent work by the staff plus a close cooperation with the management made this event a huge success. All the members and guests really enjoyed this fabulous evening!
