Thibaut Broussier declared the winner
Six sommelier competitors battled it out during a riveting competition at the Mayfair Hotel in Adelaide.
The winner, representing the Bailliage of Victoria, was Thibaut Broussier from Dinner by Heston in Melbourne. He will now be Australia’s competitor in the International Final in Mexico City in September.
The other competitors were:
