Abundant celebration of Lo Hei
According to the Chinese Zodiac, 2019 is the year of the earth element Pig - a great year to make money and a good year to invest. Pigs are known for their loyalty to friends, generosity and general abundance in all their endeavours.
As such, the Bailliage organised an abundant feast for 135 members and guests in the tradition of our lavish Lunar New Year celebrations.
Tien Court, a top Cantonese restaurant in Singapore, was selected to host this event. Maximum capacity for the restaurant was reached within two weeks of announcement!
The celebrations began with canapés - lychee pork with tea-smoked duck, Japanese sake, Abalone with Century Egg - accompanied by Forget-Brimont Brut Champagne.

What a great celebration to start the Chinese New Year with friends, generosity and general abundance. It was perfection in all aspects!
