United Arab Emirates Dinner
Abu Dhabi, March 7, 2020
At Fouquet's in Abu Dhabi's iconic Louvre
" With a menu created in conjunction with Chef Pierre Gagnaire we were in for a treat "

Members and their guests were hosted for an excellent dinner by Fouquet's located within Abu Dhabi’s iconic Louvre. Fouquet's had opened its doors just a few weeks previously and is the latest in the chain of legendary Parisian brasseries. With a menu created in conjunction with Chef Pierre Gagnaire we were in for a treat.

Accessing the restaurant by a separate entrance from the main museum we were greeted by glasses of Champagne Comtes de Dampierre 'Grande Cuvée' which we sipped on the terrace as the sun set on the gulf.

Operations Executive Vincent Miralles and Restaurant Manager Lucie Couling fine-tuned the whole evening to give us a wonderful experience.

Our menu was introduced by Executive Chef Balveer Balkissoon, Chef de Cuisine Sineesh Paul and Pastry Chef Hugo Sipp, who masterminded the signature mille-feuille. Our wines were explained by Échanson Sandeep Sathees. He excelled himself with his choices for the evening.
